How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 2–4 business days. You’ll see live carrier rates and delivery estimates at checkout, and get a tracking link by email when it ships.
How do rewards work?
Create an account and you’ll earn points on every paid order. Redeem them at checkout in reward-sized chunks. Your balance and history are in your account.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes — Ohio sales tax is calculated automatically from your delivery address at payment.
I have a pickup code from work — how does that work?
Some workplaces have a friend of ours who brings orders in. Scan the QR code on the poster, or enter the code at checkout, and we’ll deliver your order there with no shipping fee. You can pay online or when you get your candles.
